What this policy covers

This policy covers the Soft Landing website and its feedback and download services. The Android game has its own in-game legal information. This website does not automatically receive installed-game activity or crash data.

Reviews and suggestions

When you submit a review, we store your chosen display name, rating, written review, submission time and moderation status. Approved reviews appear publicly. Suggestions and bug reports store your chosen name, category, text, submission time and review status, and are visible to the developer. Please do not include private contact details, passwords or sensitive information.

Website activity

We count daily website visitors, download-button clicks and requests to the APK endpoint. The server may set a first-party, HttpOnly visitor cookie that expires after 24 hours. A daily hash is used for visitor deduplication. We record the referring hostname, a broad device category and release requested, rather than storing full referral URLs or device fingerprints. We honor Do Not Track for optional page-visit tracking. Download requests and security controls still operate. A request does not prove a completed download or app installation.

Security and error reporting

IP addresses are processed briefly by the server to create keyed hashes for rate limiting. The application does not store raw IP addresses in its analytics tables. Hosting providers may retain their own network/security logs. Website error categories and times help diagnose failures. If Sentry is connected, diagnostic reports are configured without default personal information, session replay or performance tracing; request data, cookies and query strings are removed. User-submitted feedback text is not intentionally sent to error monitoring.

Providers and storage

The deployment architecture uses Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for the database and administrator authentication, Cloudflare R2 for APK storage, and Sentry when enabled for error monitoring. These providers may process data in countries outside your own. Google Search Console is used to verify site ownership and review Google's search reports; this site does not load Google Analytics or an advertising tracker.

Retention

The configured daily cleanup deletes website events and error records after 90 days, expired abuse-control records after one day, suggestions and unapproved reviews after one year, and moderation audit records after one year. Approved reviews remain until removed. Published release metadata remains available for release history. Provider logs and backups follow the provider settings; deletion from the active database may not immediately remove backup copies.

Your choices

Use a nickname when submitting feedback, avoid private details, and contact support to request access, correction or deletion of a submission. Include enough information to identify it. We may need to verify the request. Do not submit sensitive personal data or other people's private information. If you are a child, ask a parent or guardian before submitting.

Administrator access

Administrator sign-in uses essential session cookies. Administrator access is limited to explicitly authorized accounts and is checked on the server. Private feedback and administration data are not exposed through public pages.
